Greetings travelers of Cooperlay’s Daughter 401,
Despite the delay of Sanctorvm's shipment due to the production of The Depth vinyl, everything is running smoothly. On our side, we are improving some book art designs (as they will be produced a bit later) and preparing a free mobile app which you will be able to download by the end of the year. This app will have the music of the game (with new ambient themes that we are creating) and the most important thing: the sound files.
During the Narration Phases, players will be able to find secret codes that can be entered into the app or website to listen to recordings of Dr. Rabidus or Dr. Cooperlay. These recordings will share lore from the past (This lore is not needed to continue the adventures/game, but it goes deeper into the history of Cooperlay's Daughter 401).

Did you know that...?
La Familia has a unique and varied arsenal. Each Weapon card has three unique actions which will allow you to carry out a near infinite number of strategies with your companions.
Some of these cards have chain attacks/combo attacks. These actions are represented by a chain symbol which will block the second action. In order to perform that second action, you must hit your enemy with the first action (thus being able to deliver chain blows, generating devastating combos).
Sanctorvm has 37 unique weapon cards (with two copies of each card, making a total of 74 weapon cards). This gives a total of 111 different actions to manage strategy in the Action Phases. As you overcome these challenges, you will be rewarded with a new weapon card and its duplicate.
In addition, each adventure has its own weapon cards, so La Familia will have a different arsenal depending on the story they have chosen to play. This will help each adventure to have a different combat experience from the others.

In this new update, we will tell you how the production process of Sanctorvm is going:
Vinyl - The Depth
A few days ago, we were contacted by the Deepgrooves company (in charge of the vinyl production) with some bad news. Due to the damned virus (Covid), there is a shortage of some of the materials needed to manufacture the vinyl. They have informed us that due to the production queue, they estimate that our vinyl will take 20 weeks to be produced (when we had planned that it would take 3 weeks). This little bump obviously delays things.
Sanctorvm has a variety of components and different materials which is making it very difficult for suppliers, delaying us all. In the case of vinyl, we need it to be produced at the end so that it is not damaged over time (they are delicate products).
We have contacted other vinyl production companies, but they have an even longer production queue. So we have no choice but to wait a little longer....Deepgrooves has informed us that they will do their best to move forward through this long delay.
We know that no one likes delays—least of all us! We have invested a lot of time in the project and we want the box to arrive now so you can enjoy it and appreciate the effort involved.
We are getting distribution warehouses in the USA, Germany, and Australia so we will have very good, customs-free logistics. The final weight of the Sanctorvm box will be around 6'5KG! So you will get a nice monster at home. We are also getting some premium boxes with reinforcements so that they can perfectly protect our big baby. As expected, we want everything to arrive to you in the best conditions.
Because of the vinyl production problem, the logistics are now estimated to start in early November. We considered making two separate shipments, but economically we cannot afford it; we need everything to be sent in a single shipment. Keep in mind that Covid has increased the price of all components and shipping. Of course, we are not going to charge you extra or anything like that, but we want to let you know that we are making the maximum effort to make this project go ahead perfectly.
Red Radiance Adventure
As a reward for the long wait, we can show you the first chapter of Virgul Tum (24 pages), the chapter with more branches of the Red Radiance adventure.
Important: This chapter is a WIP version. All books are being reworked and proofread, and will be the last pieces to enter Ningbo Eastar's production line. All other components are already in production.
Here is a gameplay video of the testing of one of the chapters, so you can see how the game works. We have enabled an automatic translation into English; we hope you can understand it well.
We have also contacted some youtubers, and soon we will show you some videos with better quality. We are also considering, to mitigate the long wait, creating a Twitch channel where we will play the entire introductory adventure and solve any kind of doubt you may have.

Greetings to all backers!
As you may have noticed, the Indiegogo crowdfunding is not working as we expected. Sanctorvm is a very ambitious project. We are a small, indie company with the sin of wanting to do too much before gaining credibility as a consolidated studio.
We have decided to stop supporting the Indiegogo campaign and focus solely on the production of the base game. In August, you will all be able to enjoy the long-awaited CoreBox. Unlike the big companies, we have made a personal project; we have treated it like our baby and the result has exceeded all our expectations, creating something unique and different from what is on the market.
For our part, we have decided not to produce the Apocalypse expansion this year, so we will return all the money raised from it. We believe that we first need to get our backers’ opinion of the Core Box once you get a chance to play it. If it gets good reviews, we will launch a big Kickstarter campaign, as it should be, boosting the expansion and the miniatures.
Due to fiscal issues (Spain), the Apocalypse expansion refunds will start in August with the shipments.

These last few weeks have been exhausting for the whole team, but we have managed to create the final campaign we wanted for the game. And as always, this has been thanks to you! Without your support, Sanctorvm would never have evolved into the monster we have now in our hands and we are eternally grateful to you.
Tomorrow is a big day; as you know, the first days of the campaign are important. We would be grateful if, even if you don't want to buy the new miniatures, you could help us spread the campaign link to everyone close to you. The more people that visit this link, the more chances we will have to get into the Indiegogo tops, and to be seen by youtubers, websites, etc. Remember that all the stretch goals we unlock in this campaign will also be implemented in your boxes (since this campaign is the same as the Kickstarter one, but with the final artwork and components, plus the two new miniatures Add-ons).
Some doubts have arisen regarding this campaign, we will try to clarify them:

NewMiniatures (Chieftains' War Add-on & Immiscible Gods Add-on)
In the Kickstarter, we unlocked 8 of the 11 miniatures (counting the Bosses) that we set as stretch goals (which already come in the Corebox). What we are offering now on Indiegogo are 28 NEW, UNIQUE miniatures, which will be sold as Add-ons. Some have multiple copies, making a total of 50 miniatures. We want to make miniatures of all the enemies of the game that are currently included as Acrylics in the box. That is why we are asking for this amount of money—the molds of the miniatures are very expensive.
As of today, we have all the files done (3D miniatures, components, books, etc) and reviewed by the production company Ningbo Eastar Game Manufacturing who produced the board game Tainted Grail and others of the same quality. All that remains is to finish the final proofreading of the books (which we will have shortly) and to know the final units of KS+Late Pledge+Indiegogo, so that the final production can begin, and finally start with the long awaited logistics.
The Kickstarter money has been invested in the improvement of the components and their visual quality (compare what we showed in the first KS with what we have now in the Unboxing or the new Indiegogo campaign), as well production of 1000 units. With this, we want to clarify that we are not doing this second campaign to finance the game, but rather to finance the molds of the new miniatures Add-ons.
If the project has been delayed, it has been due to Covid, which has affected artists, production, and especially testing (complicating a lot of the meetings with people). We didn't want to send a game without testing it enough. Being an RPG, it deserves a lot of calibration time. More than a guarantee, we understand that funding projects is an exercise of trust. We try to offer our guarantees by showing the evolution of the project every month. We understand that we may lack presence in networks, magazines etc, but believe that we try. We are a small team, but we fight hard. And we hope that when you receive the box, you will be able to enjoy this wonderful game.
